Pamela was excellent as our agent. We had an agent prior to her and they never went and showed the property. Only used a lock box. Pamela was available to show it , explain the property to buyers and walk us through the negotiations of selling the home. I give her 5 Stars and if could rate higher ,I would. She is a caring agent , so rare in this day and age and stands by her word. If you are considering listing your home with her or having her as your buyer's agent you won't go wrong with her and infact will be highly satisfied and pleased that you made the decision to work with her. We sure are!!

After interviewing a few brokers, and then meeting Pamela at the property I had the best feeling that she could help us sell the house and that she would take a hands on approach to helping us stage the property. She was very knowledgable of the Cascades market and surrounding comparabes. I also felt she was honest and fair and would put our interests first which she did. She was also very personable.Once we had an offer, Pam helped address the buyers concerns and helped us to rectify some repairs of the house. She provided reputable vendors that did good work. She helped us stage the house and made good recomendations. We were with another broker from another agency for 6 months when the market was even better with no results. Pamela made the changes and had the connections to help us sell the house.I would definitely use Pam again and I would recommend her to family and friends without hesitation. She definitely know this market and gives 100%. She is a people person and a deal maker.
